How does the engraving work?

When you add a piece to your bag, you will see a field where you type your message exactly as you want it engraved. We engrave what you type, so please check spelling and punctuation before ordering.

How long can my message be?

It depends on the piece. Slim bars and bracelets suit a short line, a date, or initials. Larger surfaces like the heart pendant hold a longer message. The character limit shown on each product page is the guide.

Is the engraving done by hand?

No. Every piece is precision laser engraved, which gives a cleaner, more consistent result than hand engraving on pieces this small.

Can I engrave a different message on each side?

On pieces with two surfaces, such as the sliding bar pendant, yes. The product page will show you each field available.

Can engraved pieces be returned?

Because each piece is engraved to order and cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or engraved differently from what you submitted, we will replace it or refund you. See our Shipping and Returns page for details.

What are the pieces made from?

Our pieces are stainless steel with a gold, rose gold, or polished silver finish, chosen for durability and everyday wear.

Will it tarnish?

With normal care it should not. Keep it dry where you can, remove it before swimming or showering, and store it somewhere soft and dry.

How do I care for it?

Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. Avoid perfume, lotion, and household cleaners on the metal, and take it off before exercise or sleep.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. Every order arrives gift ready with a box and a card you can write on yourself.
