Shipping & Returns

Every Épris piece is engraved to order, so please read this before you buy.

Processing and delivery

Nothing is made in advance. Each piece is engraved with your words and checked by hand before it ships, which is why it takes a little longer than something pulled off a shelf.

Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days. International delivery takes longer and varies by destination.

If you are ordering for a birthday, an anniversary, or another specific date, please allow extra time.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your piece is on its way.

Returns on engraved pieces

Engraved pieces are made uniquely for you and cannot be resold, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for a message that was submitted incorrectly. Please check your engraving carefully before ordering.

If something is wrong

We stand behind our work. If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or engraved differently from the message you submitted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time, get in touch and we will help you chase it.
